Our lawyer in Greensboro received a rather sad report this afternoon. Three teenage boys were driving in Guilford County when the car had a terrible collision.
The front seat passenger, a 16-year-old, sadly lost his life as a result of the wreck. The rear seat passenger suffered life-threatening personal injuries and is currently in the hospital. The passenger suffered multiple broken bones and is still in surgery, according to our attorney.
Our Greensboro lawyer has been advised that the driver suffered only minor personal injuries. He is now being charged with misdemeanor death by motor vehicle, reckless driving and no operator’s license. The driver apparently veered off the roadway and hit a tree. Law enforcement believes that speed was involved in the accident.
