Kelvin Smith, or better yet, Judge Smith, has been appointed by the governor to serve as a Judge in Guilford County. Judge Smith was a Greensboro attorney who worked extremely hard for his clients and this is a well deserved appointment for him.

Judge Smith had won the democratic primary in March and was set to take his seat come January, because there was no opposition from a Repulican in Guilford County.
