New Drug Paraphernalia Sentencing Classification

There is a new sentencing classification for the criminal charge, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Marijuana paraphernalia is now classified as a Class 3 misdemeanor, whereas all non-marijuana paraphernalia charges remain class 1 misdemeanors for sentencing purposes.
