Our lawyer received an update on a 19 year old man who tried to blow up a vehicle in a parking lot. The man was standing next to a car striking a cigarette lighter to a piece of fabric that was in the vehicles gas tank. Luckily an officer approached as he was doing so.
According to our attorney, the man ran across the parking lot where he jumped a fence into Arlington National Cemetery. The man was later apprehended. Of interest is the man recently has felony charges issued against him for a felony assault on a law enforcement officer.
The owner of the car didn’t know the man. He committed the crime on federal property and he currently has a number of federal charges pending against him.
