Traffic safety violations are being targeted by the Greensboro Police Department on Spring Garden Street.
The traffic safety initiative starts Tuesday, September 176th, and last for nine weeks. The initiative is designed to increase safety along a four-mile stretch between West Market Street and Mendenhall Street. Business, pedestrians and students often utilize this area and it is heavy with congestion. Police will be in both marked and unmarked vehicles.
