Greensboro Robbery Lawyer – Armed Robberies lead to Million Dollar Bonds

Bonds were set at a $1 Million Dollars for three men arrested for a series of Greensboro Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon cases that happened on March 22, 2014.

The men were armed with handguns as they approached people as they were entering the vehicles and demanded money and personal property. Victims were left lying on the ground attempting to crawl away and in two of the Armed Robberies the men took the victim’s cars.

An off-duty police officer spotted a vehicle which matched the description of the car used in the robberies, when he attempted to stop the vehicle the car sped off and crashed. The men got out of the car and proceeded to run but were later apprehended by the police. For running the men were charged with Felony Flee to Elude.

During a couple of the Robberies they discharged their weapons and were charged with Discharging a Weapon into Occupied Property. For moving the occupants of the vehicles they were charged with five counts of First Degree Kidnapping.

And for the Robberies they were charged with Eight Counts of Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon.

All three of the men remain in the Guilford County Jail under $1 Million Dollar Bond.
