Four men are charged for Trespassing at the One World Trade Center building.

For violating the law, committing Second Degree Trespass, Burglary, and Reckless Endangerment all four men were arrested.

Three of the men are charged for Breaking and Entering the building, committing a Trespass for being on the property, whereas one as charged for being a lookout.

One of the four worked as a Construction worker at One World Trade Center. The men had snuck through an area of the fence, but even though one of them was allowed to be there, because it was after hours, he an d the other three were committing a Second Degree Trespass at the time.

These charges show up less than a week after a 16 year old boy also received trespassing charges on the skyscraper for sneaking past security and going to the top of the skyscraper.
