Attorney in Greensboro
New details have emerged in the recent Mt. Tabor school shooting. Our attorney in Greensboro was advised that his criminal lawyer filed and heard a bond motion yesterday. The case involves one 15-year-old juvenile sadly, killing another 15-year-old child.
The bond motion brought forth details that the two juveniles had a long-standing history and this was the culmination of their interaction.
Our criminal defense lawyer was told that in June the child who killed the other was shot 9 times which placed him in the intensive care unit. The 15-year-old barely survived and no one was ever charged in this violent assault with a deadly weapon.
His criminal defense attorney showed the court pictures of him in the ICU and advised that the juvenile who ended up being killed at school allegedly said he was going to finish the job. He didn’t want to go back to school because he was afraid that he would be killed. Then that fateful day, our assault lawyer was told that the juvenile shot the other in the hallway with a teacher only feet away. The entire incident is caught on tape.
During the bond motion, they argued that it was going to take a long time for this case to be reached and the District Attorneys’ Office argued that he had previously run away and that the judge needed to set a bond that says we will not tolerate violence in our schools.
Our bond motion lawyer in Greensboro was told that the judge continued to keep him under a hold.
