Greensboro Personal Injury Lawyer
It all started on Cinco de Mayo. A 77-year-old man was in the drive thru at a Dunkin’ Donuts when he became upset with the service he was receiving. The man went an parked his car and walked into the store according to a Greensboro attorney. Once inside he began to argue with an employee.
The employee and the man went back and forth at which point the employee and witnesses allege that the man used a racial slur. He repeated it and the employee punched him in the face. The man was knocked unconscious and hit his head on the floor. Our Greensboro personal injury lawyer reports that the man was taken to a local hospital for his injuries.
Sadly, on May 7, our Greensboro wrongful death lawyer reports that the man died. The employee has been charged with manslaughter as a result of this incident and the case remains under investigation. Our Greensboro family law attorney sends up their thoughts and prayers for everyone who was involved in this incident.
