It all started around 11:15 PM, when officers heard shots fired on West English Road. Our Greensboro attorney was advised that they were then made aware of a man who had barricaded himself inside of a house. The tactical team tried to get the man to come outside peacefully according to our lawyers in Greensboro NC.

During this conversation the man apparently opened fire. During the barrage of bullets he hit three High Point Police Officers according to a Greensboro personal injury lawyer. They were taken to a local hospital for treatment and one of the officers will need surgery.

At 5:30 this morning law enforcement requested additional support from the Guilford County Sheriff’s Office and the Greensboro Police Department.

As of the writing of this post, the man is yet to come outside.
