Guilford County- A family’s sense of security stolen, after a home invasion in Greensboro.
The Guilford County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the robbery and kidnapping that happened at a house on Swanson Road. When deputies arrived just before noon on Sunday, they found four victims, three were tied up.
They told deputies that five or six black men wearing masks and carrying guns force their way into the house. The men then tied them up while they stole cash from throughout the house.
Deputies say they also stole two vehicles, a red 2013 Dodge Ram Truck NC plate number CCA-6420 and a white Cadillac Escalade NC plate number CCA-6421.
The victims told deputies the suspects forced a woman to leave with them and took her to unlock the Taqueria Hidalgo store on Randleman Road. The men stole money from the store and then took off.
