Frozen,” a billion dollar Disney animated blockbuster, is the subject of a lawsuit against Walt Disney Company claiming that the hit film stole directly from her real life story.

Isabella Tanikumi — who also goes by L. Amy Gonzalez — has filed a lawsuit claiming that Disney’s animated film about Princess Anna, her magical sister Queen Elsa, and their talking snowman Olaf is actually the story from from her 2010 autobiography “Living My Truth.”

She seeks $250 million.

The animated blockbuster is loosely based on Hans Christian Andersen’s fairy tale “The Snow Queen,” according to Disney.

Disney has yet to respond when asked for comment.
